Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to acquire new clients and expand market share.
- Promote and sell a range of TCM products and health supplements to retail customers and B2B partners.
- Conduct product demonstrations and educate customers on the benefits of Traditional Chinese Medicine.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers to ensure high retention rates.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by the management.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to support promotional activities and events.
- Collect customer feedback and market intelligence to improve product offerings.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience in sales, preferably within the FMCG, beauty, or health & wellness industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Valid driving license and own transport (essential for field sales coverage).
- Passion for health, wellness, and TCM products is highly preferred.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
