Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and nurture existing customer accounts to maximize retention and upselling opportunities
- Identify and develop new business prospects through market research and cold outreach
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with regional growth targets
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase Hafele's value proposition
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and pipeline management using CRM systems
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted promotional campaigns
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2-3 years of B2B sales experience in construction, furniture, or architectural hardware
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets and KPIs
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities in English and Tagalog
- Valid driver's license with own transportation for client visits
