Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to acquire new clients within the competitive industrial adhesive market.
- Maintain and expand relationships with existing key accounts to ensure long-term partnership and recurring business.
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends, key competitors, and untapped business opportunities.
- Present compelling product demonstrations and technical proposals to potential customers to drive conversions.
- Collaborate closely with the technical team to provide customized chemical solutions that align with customer requirements.
- Monitor daily sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports to management to track progress.
- Participate in trade shows and industry events to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience in sales).
- Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably within the chemical, manufacturing, or industrial sector.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Self-motivated individual with a strong drive to achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel within the region are considered a plus.
