Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through strategic networking and market analysis
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term partnerships
- Present product solutions tailored to client needs and industry requirements
- Negotiate contracts and close sales while meeting monthly/quarterly targets
- Prepare detailed sales reports and maintain accurate CRM data
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop promotional strategies
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify growth opportunities
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience in B2B or B2C environments
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Strong analytical skills and market awareness
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid Malaysian driver's license (for client visits)
