Tanggung Jawab
- Drive sales of plastic manufacturing products, specifically jerricans and pails, to meet and exceed monthly revenue targets.
- Conduct regular market research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients in the manufacturing and industrial sectors.
- Visit prospective and existing clients to demonstrate product capabilities and provide technical sales support.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, including lead generation, quotations, negotiation, and contract closing.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders and customers to ensure repeat business.
- Prepare and submit accurate weekly and monthly sales reports to management.
- Collaborate with the production and logistics teams to ensure customer orders are fulfilled efficiently.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM/STPM or Diploma in any field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the manufacturing or FMCG sector.
- Strong knowledge of plastic products, specifically jerricans and pails, is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Valid driving license and own transport are highly preferred due to the nature of the role.
