- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
- Identify, research, and cultivate new business opportunities within the assigned market.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitor activities.
- Build and maintain a robust database of potential clients and manage relationships.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing to secure favorable deals.
- Provide exceptional after-sales support to ensure client retention and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-3 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in the relevant industry.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets consistently.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a target-driven work ethic.
- Valid Malaysian driving license and own transport (often required for field sales).
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
