Maximma Graphics System Corp. is looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our team in General Santos City. In this role, you will be the face of our company, responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth within the region.
We are seeking a candidate who thrives in a field-based environment and is comfortable engaging with diverse clients in the printing and graphics industry. You will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence and providing tailored solutions that meet our clients' evolving business needs.
Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and prospect new clients through cold calling, networking, and field visits within General Santos City and surrounding areas.
- Conduct professional presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and inquiry handling to final contract negotiation and closing.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide expert recommendations and solutions.
- Build and sustain long-term relationships with key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Prepare regular sales reports, market analysis, and forecasts for management review.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute local promotional campaigns.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in field sales, preferably in graphics, printing, or advertising industries.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Filipino.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with clients.
- High level of self-motivation, independence, and goal-orientation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic CRM tools.
- Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and field operations.
- Valid driver’s license is an advantage.
