Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities to expand Panasonic’s market presence in the region.
- Maintain and nurture strong, long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure customer retention and satisfaction.
- Conduct professional product presentations and demonstrations for prospective customers.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and analysis for management review.
- Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer support.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market shifts to pivot strategies effectively.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B or consumer electronics sales.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales KPIs and revenue targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently as well as contribute effectively within a team environment.
- Possess a valid driver’s license and own transportation for client visits.
