Tanggung Jawab
- Acquire new customers through effective networking, cold calling, and door-to-door marketing.
- Demonstrate and showcase vehicles to prospective clients, highlighting features and benefits.
- Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle based on budget and requirements.
- Prepare sales contracts, handle paperwork, and ensure smooth transactions.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Follow up with leads and customers to ensure satisfaction and foster repeat business.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the automotive or retail industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to drive company vehicles for test drives.
- Self-motivated with a proactive attitude towards achieving goals.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
- High school diploma or Bachelor's degree in any field is preferred.
