Tanggung Jawab
- Identify, develop, and pursue new sales opportunities within the local and regional market.
- Maintain and expand strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure high retention rates.
- Conduct in-depth market research to analyze trends, competitors, and customer needs.
- Prepare and present professional sales proposals, quotations, and contracts to clients.
- Negotiate terms and conditions to secure deals and maximize revenue targets.
- Coordinate closely with internal production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategic action plans.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the construction materials or steel industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Valid driving license is a distinct advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
