Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through strategic market analysis and prospecting
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals
- Present and demonstrate company products/services to potential clients
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and key performance indicators
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction
- Prepare regular sales reports and maintain accurate client documentation
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience in B2B or telecommunications sector
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office applications
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is advantageous
