Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners and key clients
- Conduct product demonstrations and promotional activities at retail locations
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify new opportunities
- Prepare regular sales reports and performance analysis for management review
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop effective sales campaigns
- Ensure excellent customer service through proactive engagement and problem resolution
Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school diploma (D3/S1 degree preferred)
- 1-2 years of experience in sales or retail environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and KPIs
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and sales tracking tools
- Valid driver's license with own transportation (advantageous)
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Residence in Bandar Lampung or surrounding areas
