- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities in the hardware market
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
- Present and demonstrate hardware products effectively to highlight their features and benefits
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and quotations
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet sales objectives
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the hardware or technology sector
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities
- Ability to understand technical product features and translate them into customer benefits
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Fluency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English is preferred
