Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively seeking and generating new sales leads to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
- Assisting customers in product selection and explaining product features and benefits effectively.
- Managing store operations and maintaining a high standard of store presentation and cleanliness.
- Collaborating with the team to implement sales strategies and promotional activities.
- Handling cash transactions and maintaining accurate sales records and reports.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, retail, or customer service.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
