Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the chemical logistics sector
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
- Prepare and present sales proposals tailored to client needs
- Collaborate with operations team to ensure seamless service delivery
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Achieve and exceed sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts
- Participate in industry events and trade shows to promote company services
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in logistics or chemical industry
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Knowledge of freight forwarding and chemical logistics is highly desirable
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
