Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing customers to ensure long-term satisfaction and retention.
- Actively prospect and acquire new clients to expand our market share in the Sumedang area.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct regular market analysis to identify new growth opportunities and competitive trends.
- Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential leads.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and order fulfillment.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline progress in the CRM.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience in a sales-driven role, preferably in the retail or consumer goods industry.
- Possess a valid driver's license and own a motorcycle (essential for mobility in the field).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong self-motivation with a result-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently.
- Good knowledge of the local Sumedang market and geography.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to demonstrate integrity, professionalism, and a positive attitude in all customer dealings.
