Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for Abbot products.
  • Proactively prospect, identify, and qualify new business opportunities to expand the customer network.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key retailers, distributors, and stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular market visits to monitor product availability, pricing, and promotional activities.
  • Analyze competitor activities and market trends to provide actionable feedback to the Marketing and Sales leadership team.
  • Prepare and present accurate sales reports, forecasts, and progress updates to management.
  • Coordinate with internal cross-functional teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the FMCG or health/nutrition industry.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, distribution channels, and retail management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with CRM software.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territories in Indonesia.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to team goals.
