As a global container shipping line, we specialize in providing seamless logistics solutions across Intra-Asia, Africa, East Mediterranean, North America, and the Caribbean. In this role, you will be the bridge between our world-class shipping services and our diverse clientele. We are looking for a candidate who is fluent in Mandarin to effectively manage our key accounts and cultivate new business opportunities within the Chinese-speaking market.
You will play a pivotal role in expanding our market share, managing client relationships, and ensuring that our customers receive the highest standard of service. Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand our client base in the shipping and logistics sector.
- Manage and nurture long-term relationships with key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Act as the primary point of contact for Mandarin-speaking clients, providing expert advice on container shipping solutions and routes.
- Conduct professional sales presentations, prepare competitive quotations, and negotiate service contracts to meet company revenue targets.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies and increase market presence.
- Coordinate with internal operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless cargo handling and documentation.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management to track performance against KPIs.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in B2B sales or account management, preferably in the shipping, freight forwarding, or logistics industry.
- Fluency in Mandarin (written and spoken) is mandatory to effectively communicate with our regional partners and clients.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Result-oriented mindset with a strong drive to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing international team.
