Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the ACMV/HVAC sector
- Build and maintain relationships with architects, contractors, and property developers
- Present technical product solutions and negotiate contracts effectively
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets while maintaining client satisfaction
- Prepare detailed proposals, quotations, and technical documentation
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to refine sales strategies
- Collaborate with technical team to deliver customized HVAC solutions
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in HVAC/ACMV or building services
- Strong technical aptitude for climate control systems and energy solutions
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Degree/Diploma in Engineering, Business, or related field preferred
- Valid Singapore driving license (for client site visits)
- Knowledge of Singapore's building codes and energy regulations
