Tanggung Jawab
- Drive sales growth and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for aesthetic medical products within the assigned territory (Jakarta & Tangerang Selatan).
- Identify, prospect, and acquire new clients including dermatologists, plastic surgeons, aesthetic clinics, and medical spas.
- Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Conduct compelling product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions to showcase the features and benefits of our aesthetic portfolio.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans and marketing activities to increase product awareness and market share.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and gather customer feedback to contribute to product development and sales strategy.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and maintain accurate client records using CRM software.
- Represent IDS Medical Systems at industry events, conferences, and workshops to promote products and network with potential clients.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Pharmacy, or a related scientific field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven sales experience, preferably in aesthetic products, medical devices, or pharmaceuticals.
- Strong understanding of the aesthetic market and key opinion leaders in Jakarta & Tangerang Selatan.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proactive, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
