Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to expand market share for aesthetic products in the Makassar region.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with aesthetic clinics, dermatologists, and healthcare providers.
- Conduct product demonstrations and educational sessions to drive product awareness and clinical adoption.
- Identify new business opportunities and effectively manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to closure.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to provide actionable insights to the management team.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales revenue targets.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional follow-ups and technical support.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Pharmacy, Biology, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in medical devices, pharmaceutical, or aesthetic product sales.
- Strong understanding of the aesthetic industry landscape and clinical applications.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Possess a valid driver’s license and own vehicle, with willingness to travel within the assigned region.
- Proficiency in local market dynamics in Sulawesi Selatan is highly preferred.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.
