IDS Medical Systems is looking for a dynamic Sales Executive based in Makassar to drive our growth in the premium aesthetic products market. This is an exciting opportunity to partner with medical professionals, clinics, and aesthetic centers to provide cutting-edge solutions that enhance patient outcomes.

As part of our regional team, you will be the face of our brand, responsible for building strategic relationships, executing market penetration plans, and achieving revenue targets. We are looking for a goal-oriented individual who understands the intersection of medical technology and consumer aesthetics. Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to expand market share for aesthetic products in the Makassar region.
  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with aesthetic clinics, dermatologists, and healthcare providers.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and educational sessions to drive product awareness and clinical adoption.
  • Identify new business opportunities and effectively manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to closure.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to provide actionable insights to the management team.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales revenue targets.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional follow-ups and technical support.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Pharmacy, Biology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in medical devices, pharmaceutical, or aesthetic product sales.
  • Strong understanding of the aesthetic industry landscape and clinical applications.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Possess a valid driver’s license and own vehicle, with willingness to travel within the assigned region.
  • Proficiency in local market dynamics in Sulawesi Selatan is highly preferred.
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.
