Are you a dynamic sales professional with a passion for agriculture? PT Wahana Inti Selaras is looking for a driven Business Partnership / Sales Executive to join our team in Pekanbaru. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in the modernization of the local agricultural sector by connecting farmers and agri-businesses with world-class John Deere tractors and heavy equipment.

You will serve as a trusted advisor to our clients, helping them optimize their productivity through high-performance machinery. If you are a results-oriented individual who enjoys field work and building long-term professional relationships, we want to hear from you.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to promote John Deere agricultural machinery in the Pekanbaru region.
  • Identify and prospect new clients, including farmers, plantations, and agri-business owners.
  • Conduct professional product demonstrations and site visits to assess client needs.
  • Provide detailed product consultations, ensuring customers receive the right equipment for their specific agricultural requirements.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial inquiry to closing and post-sales follow-up.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge regarding John Deere specifications and current market trends.
  • Build and nurture long-term partnerships with stakeholders to foster brand loyalty and repeat business.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and market analysis for regional management.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Business Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the heavy equipment, automotive, or agricultural sectors.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to converse effectively with farmers and business owners.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region for field work.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Possess a valid driver's license and own transportation.
  • Strong understanding of the local agricultural landscape in Riau.
  • Self-motivated, independent worker with excellent time management skills.
