Are you a results-driven professional with a passion for industrial machinery? Hongyu International Trading is currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Sales Executive to join our team in Jakarta Pusat. In this role, you will be at the forefront of our business, connecting high-quality heavy equipment solutions with industry-leading clients across Indonesia.

As a key member of our sales department, you will leverage your linguistic abilities and industry knowledge to bridge the gap between our international operations and local market needs. We are looking for an ambitious individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to building long-term professional relationships.

If you have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and Chinese, and a drive to exceed targets, we want to hear from you!

Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for heavy equipment products.
  • Actively prospect and build a robust pipeline of potential B2B clients in the construction and mining sectors.
  • Conduct professional presentations and product demonstrations to prospective buyers.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial inquiry and negotiation to closing the deal and post-sales coordination.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and new clients.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and market analysis to provide insights for management.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.

Kualifikasi

  • Age between 25 and 40 years old.
  • Proficiency in both Indonesian and Chinese (Mandarin) languages (listening, speaking, reading, and writing) is mandatory.
  • Proven work experience in sales, preferably within the heavy equipment or industrial machinery industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of market trends and competitive landscape.
  • Proactive mindset, high energy, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Target-oriented and capable of working under pressure.
