Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Identify, prospect, and negotiate with potential new clients to expand the company’s market presence.
  • Maintain and nurture relationships with existing key accounts to ensure high retention rates and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to adjust sales tactics effectively.
  • Prepare accurate and timely sales reports, forecasts, and activity logs for management review.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to support product launches and promotional campaigns.
  • Ensure optimal product placement and inventory availability at assigned retail outlets.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales, specifically within the FMCG or alcoholic beverage industry.
  • Strong networking skills with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Valid driver’s license and personal transportation are highly preferred.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage.
