Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships in the animal feed and veterinary medicine sectors
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market share within assigned territory
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets through strategic planning
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to potential clients
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop effective promotional campaigns
- Prepare comprehensive sales reports and maintain accurate CRM data
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve client inquiries promptly
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Veterinary Science, Animal Science, Agriculture, Business, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in B2B sales or veterinary/animal feed industry
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with track record of meeting targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel throughout Jawa Barat
- Knowledge of livestock farming practices and veterinary products preferred
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently and as part of a team
