As a Sales Executive, you will act as the face of our brand within the territory, building strong relationships with clients and understanding their needs to provide tailored solutions. Tanggung Jawab
- Execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets within the Kolaka territory.
- Identify, prospect, and acquire new customers to expand the company’s client base.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure high retention and loyalty.
- Manage the distribution network to ensure timely product availability and effective market coverage.
- Conduct regular market visits and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for management review.
- Coordinate with logistics and inventory teams to resolve any distribution issues.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales or business development (fresh graduates with strong potential are also encouraged to apply).
- Valid Driver's License and reliable personal transportation.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively within a specific territory.
- Residing in or willing to relocate to Kolaka, Sulawesi Tenggara.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office and CRM software.
