You will manage the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting to closing deals, while ensuring high standards of customer satisfaction. Tanggung Jawab

  • Acquire New Clients: Proactively prospect and generate new business opportunities within the assigned area to expand the customer base.
  • Meet Sales Targets: Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales KPIs set by management through effective selling strategies.
  • Maintain Relationships: Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with existing customers to ensure retention, loyalty, and repeat business.
  • Manage Distribution: Oversee the logistics and distribution of products to ensure timely delivery and optimal stock availability in the market.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct regular market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential growth areas within the region.
  • Report Performance: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, track progress, and provide regular reports and updates to the sales manager.
  • Client Support: Address customer inquiries, resolve issues professionally, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Kualifikasi

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in any field, with a preference for Marketing, Business Administration, or Communication.
  • Experience: Previous experience in sales or a related field is highly desirable.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a persuasive and professional demeanor.
  • Driving License: Valid Indonesian Driver’s License (SIM A) is required to facilitate field visits and client meetings.
  • Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and stay motivated in a target-driven environment.
  • Resilience: High resilience and the ability to handle rejection constructively while maintaining a positive attitude.
