In this role, you will be at the forefront of the Audio Visual (AV) and LED display industry, playing a pivotal role in driving revenue and expanding our market footprint.
You will be responsible for nurturing existing relationships, developing new dealer channels, and positioning our premium AV solutions to a diverse range of clients. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Manage and expand the company’s dealer network to increase market penetration for AV and LED products.
- Conduct professional product demonstrations and presentations for potential clients and partners.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by providing technical support and consultative advice.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, quotations, and reports for management review.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery and installation support.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the AV, LED, or electronic industry.
- Strong understanding of professional audio-visual hardware and display integration.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Possess a valid driver’s license and own transport for client visits.
