In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and nurturing long-term relationships with existing clients within the automation and manufacturing technology space. You will act as a strategic consultant, helping businesses showcase their innovations to a global audience. We are looking for someone who is not just a salesperson, but a brand ambassador who understands market trends and can articulate the unique value proposition of our platforms.

Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively identify and prospect new business leads within the industrial automation and manufacturing sectors.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach and pitch presentations to contract negotiation and closing.
- Maintain and expand relationships with existing accounts to ensure high retention rates and upselling opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns.
- Attend industry events and networking sessions to build a robust pipeline and stay ahead of market trends.
- Provide accurate weekly sales forecasts and activity reports using CRM tools.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure seamless delivery of exhibitor requirements during live events.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the events, exhibition, or media industries.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a high level of proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
- Strong hunter mentality with a track record of meeting or exceeding aggressive sales targets.
- Ability to build rapport with C-suite executives and decision-makers across various industries.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly advantageous.
