Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively identify and develop leads to build a robust sales pipeline.
- Conduct professional vehicle presentations and test drives to demonstrate key features and benefits.
- Guide customers through the entire buying journey, including financing options and insurance documentation.
- Maintain comprehensive records of client interactions within the company CRM system.
- Coordinate with the service and finance departments to ensure a seamless vehicle handover process.
- Attend regular product training sessions to stay updated on the latest automotive technology and industry trends.
- Achieve and surpass individual and team sales quotas while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in the automotive or consumer goods sector.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clientele.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM software.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a competitive environment.
- A valid driver's license is preferred.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and focused on delivering consistent sales performance.
