Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers in the automotive sector
- Present and demonstrate automotive products to customers, highlighting features and benefits
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through effective lead generation and conversion
- Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and contracts to customers
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends
- Collaborate with the after-sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Participate in regular sales meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales data in the CRM system
Kualifikasi
- Maximum age of 40 years
- Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) from any field
- Proven experience in automotive sales or related field
- No history of asthma or similar respiratory conditions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities
- Results-oriented with a proven track record of meeting sales targets
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within Jakarta Raya
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
