In this role, you will be the face of our company, responsible for planning and executing sales trips across Peninsular Malaysia. Your primary objective will be to expand our market presence by acquiring new dealers while maintaining strong, long-term relationships with our existing client base. This position is ideal for someone who thrives on the road, possesses excellent communication skills, and has a deep interest in automotive technology.

Tanggung Jawab
- Plan and execute strategic sales trips across various states in Peninsular Malaysia to expand our market reach.
- Actively prospect and onboard new wholesale and retail clients.
- Provide exceptional support and relationship management to existing dealership partners.
- Conduct product demonstrations and offer technical advice regarding our automotive accessory range.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to provide actionable feedback to management.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
- Ensure accurate reporting of sales visits, client feedback, and market insights.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in business development, field sales, or the automotive parts industry.
- Proficiency in English, Mandarin, and local dialects to effectively engage with our diverse clientele.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with a proactive, self-motivated mindset.
- Willingness to travel frequently within Peninsular Malaysia for business operations.
- Technical knowledge of automotive parts or accessories is highly preferred.
- Possession of a valid driving license and a reliable vehicle.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high performance standards.
