Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively identify and pursue new sales leads to grow our customer base.
- Conduct professional vehicle presentations and test drives to showcase features and benefits.
- Maintain a deep knowledge of our inventory, pricing, and current automotive trends.
- Effectively manage the entire sales cycle, including documentation, financing options, and vehicle turnover.
- Follow up with potential leads and existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Collaborate with the dealership team to ensure a seamless service experience for every customer.
- Achieve and exceed individual and dealership monthly sales quotas.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the automotive or retail industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Filipino.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a talent for building rapport and trust.
- Results-oriented mindset with a strong drive to exceed performance targets.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM tools.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced dealership environment.
- A valid driver's license and professional grooming standards are essential.
