Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively source and generate new sales leads through networking, referrals, and outbound engagement.
- Conduct professional presentations and consultations to explain the benefits of vehicle leasing to prospective clients.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from initial enquiry and vehicle selection to contract signing and vehicle handover.
- Provide expert advice on leasing terms, insurance packages, and vehicle specifications tailored to customer needs.
- Maintain an accurate and updated CRM database of potential and existing clients.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management team.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and high levels of customer satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- At least 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in automotive, insurance, or general leasing sectors.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build rapport effectively.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales KPIs in a competitive market.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently while contributing to a high-performing team environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and basic office computer applications.
- Possession of a valid Singapore Class 3 driving license is highly preferred.
- Highly self-motivated with a 'can-do' attitude and resilience in handling objections.
