Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct market research to identify and qualify potential B2B leads.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Present product demonstrations and solutions tailored to customer needs.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to maximize sales performance.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales efforts with overall business goals.
- Track sales activities and update customer data in the CRM system.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the healthcare or industrial sector.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to travel for fieldwork and meet clients in Eastern Visayas.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
