Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and develop new B2B opportunities across Jakarta's enterprise sector
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in logistics, fleet management, and corporate sectors
- Present and demonstrate Cartrack's SaaS solutions to address client pain points
- Develop customized proposals and negotiate contracts to achieve quarterly targets
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless client implementation and onboarding
- Utilize CRM systems to track sales pipeline and forecast revenue accurately
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience in SaaS, technology, or fleet management sectors
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets in Jakarta market
- Strong negotiation skills with ability to close enterprise-level deals
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics tools
- Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia for multi-stakeholder communication
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Valid driver's license and familiarity with Jakarta's business landscape
