Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and maintain strategic B2B relationships with bakery and food ingredient distributors
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand market share in Sumatera region
  • Present and sell company's portfolio of bakery ingredients and FMCG products
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor activities
  • Prepare and execute sales plans to achieve monthly/quarterly targets
  • Collaborate with product team to align solutions with client needs
  • Generate regular sales reports and forecasts for management review

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience in bakery ingredients, food ingredients, or FMCG sector
  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills with diverse client profiles
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Deep understanding of bakery/FMCG supply chain dynamics
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Excellent communication in Bahasa Indonesia and English
