Tanggung Jawab
- Prospect, acquire, and onboard new B2B clients across Indonesia
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly/quarterly targets
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and competitor activities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to align sales strategies with market demands
- Track sales metrics and maintain accurate CRM records
- Provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports to management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience in Indonesian market
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Excellent communication in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid driver's license and willingness for local travel
