Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Conduct high-volume outbound telesales calls to potential clients in the shipping and logistics sector.
- Utilize social selling techniques on professional platforms (e.g., LinkedIn) to engage with key decision-makers.
- Perform in-depth market research to identify leads and stay ahead of competitor activities.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through consistent follow-ups and value-added communication.
- Prepare and present compelling sales proposals tailored to meet specific client requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- At least 2 years of proven experience in a Sales Executive or similar B2B sales role.
- Strong command of the English language, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrated success in telesales, cold calling, and appointment setting.
- Proficiency in modern social selling strategies and digital outreach.
- Exceptional research skills with the ability to qualify leads efficiently.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a proven track record of building and maintaining client trust.
- High level of self-motivation and a results-oriented mindset.
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
