Are you a results-driven Sales Executive seeking to join a global industry leader? In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving revenue by promoting Reed Exhibitions events and ensuring high client engagement and attendance rates. We are offering a competitive salary of 40,000 PHP along with an attractive Sign-On Bonus for high-performing candidates.
As part of our dynamic sales team, you will play a key role in expanding our market presence. You will be tasked with identifying potential leads, conducting persuasive outbound calls, and nurturing relationships with key decision-makers in various industries. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct high-volume B2B outbound calls to generate new leads and sales opportunities.
- Promote Reed Exhibitions events and secure commitments from prospective clients.
- Ensure a high attendance rate for all relevant Reed Exhibitions throughout the year.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Provide accurate and timely updates on sales pipeline and client feedback.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales or outbound calling is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a persuasive tone.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong drive to achieve sales goals.
- Excellent phone etiquette and ability to handle rejection professionally.
- Basic knowledge of the events or exhibition industry is a plus.
