Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain B2B relationships with HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafes) establishments
- Execute retail sales strategies through systematic canvassing and customer visits
- Identify new market opportunities and expand brand presence in Depok region
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships across B2B and retail channels
- Conduct market research to identify trends and competitive positioning
- Achieve monthly sales targets through effective negotiation and closing techniques
- Prepare regular sales reports and performance analytics for management review
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in B2B or retail sales
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with proven closing abilities
- Familiarity with HORECA industry and distribution channels preferred
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently and manage territory
- Excellent communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Proficient in CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Valid driver's license with own transportation for client visits
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in business/marketing preferred
