You will be responsible for the full sales cycle, from lead generation and prospecting to final negotiation and account management. Tanggung Jawab

  • Proactively identify and develop new B2B sales opportunities within the supply sector.
  • Engage and build relationships with key stakeholders through cold calling, networking, and digital outreach.
  • Conduct professional presentations and product demonstrations for prospective clients.
  • Prepare accurate sales proposals, quotations, and contracts to ensure successful deal closures.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
  • Maintain a clean and updated sales pipeline within our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction post-sale.
  • Stay informed on market trends and competitor activity to adjust sales strategies effectively.

Kualifikasi

  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive, Business Development Representative, or similar role.
  • Fluent in Mandarin (written and spoken) is mandatory to support our core client segments.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a focus on consultative selling.
  • Self-motivated with a high level of integrity and professional accountability.
  • Ability to thrive in a target-driven, fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Minimum Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field; degree holders are highly encouraged to apply.
