Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve quarterly targets in the diagnostic services sector
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, clinics, and hospitals
- Conduct product demonstrations and educate clients on diagnostic service offerings
- Generate new business leads through market research and networking initiatives
- Prepare sales reports and performance metrics for management review
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop promotional campaigns
- Ensure client satisfaction through ongoing service relationship management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in healthcare or diagnostics
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office applications
- Valid driver's license with willingness to travel within Bacolod
- Certification in sales management is an advantage
