Are you a results-driven sales professional with a passion for the food and hospitality industry? Agro Boga Utama, a leading distributor in the food supply sector, is seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to join our expanding team in Denpasar, Bali.
In this role, you will be the face of our company, responsible for driving business growth, building long-term relationships with clients, and ensuring our premium food products reach the best hotels, restaurants, and cafes across the Bali region. Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities within the Horeca sector in Bali.
- Maintain and nurture strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Conduct regular site visits and product demonstrations to potential and current customers.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Provide regular sales reports and market intelligence to the management team.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.
- Collaborate with the logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery of customer orders.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in any field (Marketing or Business Management preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the F&B or food distribution industry.
- Possess a strong network of contacts in the Bali hospitality industry.
- Highly target-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Must possess a valid driver's license (SIM A/C) and own vehicle.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performance team.
