As a key member of our sales force, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence in South Kalimantan. You will engage with architects, interior designers, property developers, and retail partners to provide high-quality flooring solutions. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, including contractors, architects, and retail outlets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market share in the Banjarmasin area.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for the assigned territory.
- Conduct professional product presentations and provide technical advice on Niro Granite tile applications.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to provide actionable feedback to the management team.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation and quotation to closing and after-sales support.
- Coordinate with the logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in field sales, preferably in building materials, construction, or home improvement industries.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at various levels.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and results-oriented with a proven track record of target achievement.
- Proficient in MS Office and comfortable using CRM software for sales tracking.
- Possess a valid driver's license and own a vehicle to facilitate travel within the territory.
- Ability to communicate effectively in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is an added advantage.
