Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities within the Melaka region and surrounding areas.
- Maintain and nurture strong, long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and upselling.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitor activities in the vending sector.
- Collaborate with the operations and logistics teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and proposals to management.
- Represent Etika at trade shows and industry events to build brand awareness.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience in B2B sales or customer service.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel within the region.
- Familiarity with the beverage or FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) industry is highly preferred.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
