Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed monthly targets.
- Identify and pursue potential clients within the property and business sector.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
- Present products and services to prospective clients, emphasizing the benefits of our solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales agreements to maximize profitability.
- Attend industry events and networking functions to build relationships with industry leaders.
- Maintain and expand the existing client base through regular follow-ups and exceptional service.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports and forecasts to management.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably within the property or media industry.
- Valid driver’s license and own transportation are mandatory.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Strong ability to build rapport with diverse clients and stakeholders.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
