Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and prospect new clients in the agricultural sector, specifically targeting farmers and agribusiness owners.
- Promote and sell Pilar Agri’s range of agricultural machinery, including tractors and harvesters, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Conduct on-site visits and product demonstrations to showcase equipment features and benefits.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and loyalty.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to develop effective sales strategies.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate terms, and close sales contracts in a timely manner.
- Provide after-sales support and follow up on service requirements to ensure customer satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Proven track record in sales, preferably within the agricultural machinery or heavy equipment industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
- Willingness to travel frequently within Bengkulu and surrounding areas.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Basic knowledge of agricultural machinery is highly preferred.
