As a Sales Executive, you will be the face of our company, responsible for driving market growth, securing new accounts, and maintaining excellent relationships with our existing retail and wholesale partners. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to increase market share in the beverage category.
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Maintain and nurture strong relationships with existing retail clients and distributors.
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure product placement and brand visibility.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to potential and existing customers.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends to provide actionable feedback to management.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales volume and revenue targets.
- Ensure timely processing of orders and provide excellent after-sales support to resolve client concerns.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM/STPM/Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales or customer-facing roles is highly advantageous.
- Possess a valid driver's license and own transport for regional travel.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in Malay and English.
- Highly self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and handle rejections with resilience.
- Proficient in basic computer skills (MS Office).
