Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Identify and prospect new retail outlets and customers within the Bondowoso territory.
  • Maintain and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure customer loyalty and satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular field visits to monitor stock availability, product visibility, and competitor activities.
  • Provide insightful feedback and market reports to management regarding customer preferences and trends.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process, including order taking, delivery monitoring, and payment collection.
  • Participate in promotional activities and product activations to increase brand awareness.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum Diploma (D3) degree from any field; Bachelor's degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive, Field Sales, or in a similar role within the consumer goods (FMCG) industry.
  • Possess a valid driver’s license (SIM C) and have a personal motorcycle.
  • Deep knowledge of the local Bondowoso market and surrounding areas.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of integrity, self-motivation, and ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in basic office software and mobile reporting tools.
